Bijo is the founder, Managing Director & CEO of Health Careers, who has great passion towards education, entrepreneurship and technology. Bijo has a Master’s in Business Administration and is also a Mechanical Engineer by qualification. Bijo has worked across the globe and is respected as a prominent community figure in Australia, Malaysia & India. Bijo’s extensive project management and business management experience is the driving force behind all programs and activities of Health Careers and has led the organisation to successfully start a number of international businesses. As the CEO & Managing Director of Health Careers, Bijo oversees and manages the operational activities, systems and policy implementation of the organisation. Bijo is also a member of GAICD (Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors).

An Information Technology specialist by profession, graduate in Physics and Masters in Computer Applications by qualifications, Ditty is Chief Operating Officer for Health Careers. As the COO for Health Careers, Ditty is responsible for developing and implementing strategic management decisions and also ensures that operations of all Health Careers campuses are consistent with the business interests and organisational goals. Ditty brings with him vast experience in a senior management level, having worked with reputed organisations in US, Australia and India. Ditty has more than ten years of professional experience in organisational management and in managing systems and multi-locational IT infrastructure requirements. Ditty has also worked for more than two years, as the Campus Manager for Health Careers Perth campus.

Mr. Pankaj Patel

Pankaj has more than twenty years of experience in the field of accounting and finance which range from financial reporting, taxation to auditing and brings in established skills in corporate finance, financial analysis, taxation, accounting and auditing. Pankaj holds Bachelor of Commerce degree and he is also a member of Certified Public Accountant (Aus) along with Chartered Accountant (India). Pankaj has been working with Health Careers for the past eight years and is responsible for managing financial aspects of the entire group.

Mr. Russell Freemantle

Russell started as the Board member of Academic Board of studies for IHM and later joined Health Careers, as Director of Studies for IHNA & IHM. Russell is a Nurse by profession and has over eighteen years' experience specialising in Acute, Sub acute care and Mental Health areas. In his career as a Registered Nurse, Russell has held numerous senior management positions including, Director of Nursing for Private Nursing Homes, Course Coordinator and Chair Faculty of Health, Engineering & Science, and PG Research Platform presentations at Victoria University. Russell has many papers and journals published and added to his credits. Russell is a frequent contributor to various nursing & regulatory publications. As the DOS of Health Careers, Russell oversees and ensures implementation of curriculum development processes and policies, supervision and leadership of Course Coordinators and the facilitation of communication between academic staff and senior operational managers.

Dr. Jacob Thomas

A renowned surgeon, with M.S in Orthopaedic Surgery and with over twenty years of Medical Expertise, Dr Jacob is the Curriculum Development Manager for Health Careers. Dr Jacob has worked across best of hospitals; to name a few, Medical Consultant with Ministry of health Oman and as a Registrar with Austin Health, Melbourne. Dr Jacob brings in a rich repertoire of industry knowledge and academic base to the Curriculum Development team of Health Careers. Being the Curriculum Development Manager for Health Careers, Dr Jacob ensures that the course development process is in accordance with the course endorsement or accreditation standards and criteria and the developed course materials meet the quality expectations and standards set by the regulatory bodies.

Mr. Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones is the Campus Manager for Health Careers Perth Campus. Stephen is responsible for development and establishment of Health Careers corporate strategy on a campus level. This includes monitoring campus budgets, achieving sales targets and managing and developing existing business and commercial opportunities specifically for Perth campus. Stephen has more than twenty five years of experience working in public education and training along with RTO managerial experience in VET sector. Stephen has also worked as Teacher Development coordinator for the Department of Education, which involved developing programs, assessment schemes and tasks as well as facilitating learning opportunities for the teachers.




Mrs. Shali Bijo

Shali Bijo

Shali Bijo is the National Training Manager for Health Careers. Shali has been responsible for multiple portfolios including Director, Curriculum Development & Compliance, Course Coordinator and Nurse Educator, during her nine years of service with Health Careers. Shali played a key role in various aspect of course development including the quality check and course delivery guidelines. She has been a major contributor in external audits for accreditation and re-accreditation of nursing courses and certificate courses by Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC), Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), and ISO accreditation (at Melbourne, Sydney and Perth campuses of IHNA). Shali has been with IHNA since the inception of the organisation and is qualified as a Master of Orthopaedic Nursing from Victoria University. She has recently completed Diploma of Vocational Education& Training; Diploma of Training design and Development.
